Cảm biến áp suất chịu nhiệt độ cao Yokogawa EJA438W và Yokogawa EJA438N. Đối với môi trường hóa chất nhiệt độ cao thì chúng ta không dùng cảm biến loại thường như EJA530A/H được, mà phải dùng loại cảm biến áp suất dạng màng có dây kết nối dây đến màn hình hiển thị ở xa để giảm nhiệt độ cho cảm biến. Nhiệt độ maximum tại chân kết nối 300 ºC.
